All reservations to be made at least 48 hours before departure;
Reservation is only effective when it is both a) paid in full and b) reconfirmed by EastLink with a reservation number at least 24 hours before departure with a specific pick-up date and time;
For passengers travelling to an airport, passengers will be picked-up from their location at least 2 hours ahead of their airline departure schedule in addition to the commuting or run time between the points of departure and the airport;
No refunds 24 hours prior departure time;
We provide our guests with: - Clean vans, polite drivers, On-time service and a scent-free environment. By courtesy we expect our guests to be punctual for pick-up and polite towards our driver staff.
